These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Commons Management platform and services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Commons Management is a property management company operating residential properties including apartments, houses, and rooms. The Platform allows users to view property listings, schedule or request tours, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and access property information.

Users may create an account to access certain Platform features. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify Commons Management of any unauthorized use.

Rent and other charges may be paid through the Platform. Payments are processed in accordance with applicable payment processor terms. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the amounts due. Late fees, refunds, and billing disputes are handled in accordance with property-specific lease agreements and applicable laws.

You may use the Platform to view property details, submit maintenance requests, request digital tours, and communicate with property management. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access other users’ data, bypassing security, or violating any laws.

All content on the Platform, including logos, images, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Commons Management. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect personal data to provide and improve services. We process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commons Management and its affiliates exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
